Food Body Peace is a 12-week weight-neutral coaching program for women exhausted by food rules and ready to build a calmer, more respectful relationship with their body — without another plan to follow or fix themselves with.

You’ll get a workbook with activities and journal prompts plus weekly 90-minute group calls focused on mindset shifts, body trust, and sustainable habits — all in a supportive, non-judgmental space.

By the end, you’ll have transformed your relationship with food and your body — learning to listen, trust your instincts, and live with more peace and confidence every day.
